PRINCIPAL,
Dr. Ramani comes with diverse academic background, comprising of B.Tech Computer Science Engineering from JNTU – H followed by an MBA from Osmania University, she achieved a Ph.D in Business Management from Osmania University, currently serving as the Principal of BIIT College, she also held key roles in various educational institutions, Associate Professor and Head of the Department in TYM School of Business Management.
With over 15 years of experience in teaching and research, she has presented several research papers at National and International conferences.
She has qualified NET (National Eligibility Test) in 2013, worked in Visvewaraya College of Engineering affiliated to JNTU – H.
She has 7 years of experience in teaching at Osmaina University Distance Education Centre i.e. PGRRCDE. Active in seminars, workshops, she continuously enhances her teaching. She handles core subjects to name few Operations Research, Statistics for Management, Business Research Methods and so on.

Dr. P. Sagar, a highly qualified professional, holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, specializing in service quality and customer satisfaction in commercial banks. His academic journey includes an MBA in Marketing Management and M. Com from Kakatiya University and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, respectively. He has three years of experience as a Branch Manager in the Airlines industry.
Dedicating 15 years to education, Dr. P. Sagar has served as an Assistant Professor, including global teaching experience in Ethiopia. He actively engages in guiding projects, training students, conducting exams, and providing career guidance. His research expertise is showcased in papers presented at national and international conferences on topics like corporate governance and rural marketing.
He has published two books titled "Customer Satisfaction in Commercial Banks: A Comparative Study" and another book titled "Service Quality and Commercial Banks: A Comparative Study.
Recognized for contributions, Dr. P. Sagar has qualified in prestigious exams like AP-SET 2012 and TS-SET 2017. Actively involved in faculty development programs and workshops, he has published articles in reputed journals. His commitment to academia is reflected in his research article on ICICI bank service quality.

Presently working as an Assistant Professor specialized in finance with more than 12 years of teaching experience in BIIT. She is an active participant in developing and maintaining students’ records that meet departmental requirements. She has participated in several webinars, seminars and workshops organized by university and other reputed colleges. She has published article on role of MSME's in India 2023 a road to sustainable development.
Her key area of interest in academics includes Accounting for Management, Financial Management, Financial Risk Management, Invest Management, and International Finance.
